The facts

Why choose the 2011 Shelby Ford Mustang GT500 SVT?

The Shelby GT500 is a legendary Ford Mustang, renowned for its high performance and iconic design. This example is one of the premium models developed by Ford’s Special Vehicle Team (SVT), known for enhancing Ford cars with superior power and handling.

Powered by a 550bhp supercharged 5.4-litre aluminium V8 32-valve engine (2010), paired with a six-speed Tremec manual gearbox, this Shelby GT500 delivers thrilling performance. It is one of only 331 Sterling Grey models produced that year, featuring exclusive red narrower over-the-top stripes. The car includes 19” lightweight forged aluminium wheels, upgraded struts and shocks for improved suspension, and a 3.73 limited-slip differential for better cornering and acceleration. An advanced electronics pack adds reverse cameras, dual-zone climate control, and an upgraded Shaker sound system for enhanced comfort and convenience.

Imported from Virginia in August 2019, this Mustang GT500 has had just two owners and covered only 58,000 miles, maintaining its exceptional condition.

Please note, this Shelby GT500 Mustang has now been sold.

The years of manufacture are shown from the time each model was produced in the final prototype. However, it’s helpful to remember that a small number of cars fall outside of the production dates shown because they are pre-prototype releases, trials or realised ideas. The numbers of each model produced are best estimates, not exact figures. Even with these exceptions, all Pilgrim’s models have passed the necessary tests of their day and are fully road-legal, low-volume-production motor vehicles.
